Karma Kids Yoga is a Calgary based Kids Yoga Company.

Mindful active play can lead kids on the path towards a calm and balanced
mind, as well as help them build a strong and flexible body - tools they can
use in their everyday lives.  Kids use their natural energy and enthusiasm to
play, sing, and imagine as they explore mindfulness and body awareness.

The vision of Karma Kids, Kids Yoga is to be the premium provider of kids’
yoga programs in Calgary; where all kids are taught yoga using a fun and
creative approach, which will encourage more self discovery, self esteem,
and respect for self and others.

Karma Kids offers a range of programs for kids and teens of all ages,
interests, and skill levels.

Karma Kids is based on a philosophy that uses animated poses(asanas),
sequences, breathing and relaxation, to promote an increase in body
awareness, confidence, improves coordination, develops flexibility, enhance
focus and attention span, and increases strength.
